Course Description

In the Sociology course, learners will explore various aspects of social relationships, processes, and structures, gaining a deeper understanding of human societies and the dynamics of continuity and change within social life. Through engaging with sociological concepts, theories, and research methods, students will develop critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze social, economic, and political structures.

Course Objectives

The objectives of the course are to promote candidates' awareness, knowledge, and understanding of human societies, develop their understanding of sociological methods and research findings, stimulate a critical awareness of social dynamics and processes, and enhance their ability to evaluate different forms of information and evidence.
