Admission process

We understand that deciding to switch your child's school can be a significant challenge. That's why we're here to support you every step of the way. We'll provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision, and we'll ensure that your child is comfortable and happy in their new learning environment. Our college has two main intake periods, September and January. However, students can enroll on a rolling basis every month. Each student will receive an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) outlining their course of study and examination dates.


REGISTRATION

To complete the registration process, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the application form on our website or request a form to be sent to you.
  2. Submit the application form along with the following supporting documents:
  • Personal identification, such as passport information or a copy of the student's birth certificate.
  • Transcripts from previous schools, certificates, and reports from previous education institutions.
  1. Pay the registration fee, which varies depending on whether the student has a previous school report or is new to the school.

We aim to process all applications as quickly as possible and will be in touch with you if we require any additional information. Thank you for considering our college for your child's education.

ENROLMENT

  1. The student will meet with their new academic advisor to discuss their school timetable and subject choices.
  2. The school will first assess the student's academic abilities, including English and maths tests.
  3. The student's Individual Education Programmes and Individual Learning Plans will be designed.
  4. The school fees will be paid, either by paying them all at once or through a chosen payment plan.
  5. The student will receive a welcome pack that includes:
  • Acceptance letter
  • Student Handbook and Code of Conduct
  • Timetable
  • Login details for the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • List of school contact details
  1. Students can participate in an induction session that will introduce them to the complete homeschooling experience and provide instruction on how to begin.

Pre-Enrolment Form

Initial Letter of Acceptance

After reviewing your pre-enrolment form, we will send you an initial letter of acceptance. This letter confirms that you have met the basic requirements for enrolment.

Full Enrolment Form

Complete the full enrolment form to provide us with more detailed information about yourself and your educational background. This step is essential to tailor our support and ensure the best learning experience for you.

Refundable Deposit

To secure your place, a refundable deposit is required. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded upon completion of the enrolment process.

Our assessments include:

Final Letter of Acceptance

Congratulations! Upon successful completion of the assessments and enrolment process, we will send you the final letter of acceptance, officially welcoming you to our online school community.
